6. Refund & Return Policy

Products:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt for unopened and unused products. To request a return, you must contact us within this period. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Refund Process: Upon approval of your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees.

• Non-returnable items: Items that are opened, used, or in any condition not suitable for resale may not be returned.

Services:
We understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for a health service:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
